FreeMedForms can start without a loaded form??? #182

Yes, this is now perfectly possible. before there were a few crashes, but I 
resolved them already, so starting without forms is now possible.

Ok you done a good job on this issue. FreeMedForms does not segfault at all 
when no forms are loaded.

I also meant: "This should be avoid. We must check code in order to always get 
FreeMedForms loaded with a form." User's must be warned of this major problem 
and a wizard must help me to solve this issue without many troubles.

oh, that's the problem with OneLineBugReports :-) hehe

ok, true.  what's about starting normally and opening the FormEditor dialog?
maybe with a message that there have to be some Forms to use FMF?
