Unsolved: setTabOrder in XMLForms #192

See the 'Generic/SOAP with bio' form.
The taborder is defined and correctly read by the 
    bool XmlFormContentReader::setTabOrder(Form::FormMain *rootForm, const QDomElement &root)
BUT the tab order is wrong in the view. May be the IFormWidget needs a 
focusProxy?

0.8.0 version will be released with or without the correction of this problem.
