Create compilation options #203

Like "with-pad with-alerts...", create an options.pri file with some 
compilation options like:
- AllowEpisodeRemoval
- AllowFormRemoval
- SaltUserPassword
...

These options will allow user to create a specific compiled app. These options 
must not be available in option pages, ui...

in the 'buildspecs' path I've added a pri file called 'optionnalfeatures.pri' 
and also an 'optionnalplugin.pri' to easily manage different compilations
