FreeToolBox: main page == Full release data set #207

This page should present all the registered IFullReleaseStep into a list view 
in the upper part of the view, then comes the actual processing view. May be a 
console output redirected into a QTextBrowser can help users to check the 
processes.

ah,before doing that we should overwork the IFullReleaseStep interface. It is 
old and very specific to certain tasks. If you accept I'll provide a 
proposal,maybe tonight if i have time.
