Win release script: MySQL libs are not copied #209

On the building virtual machine, go to:
  - e:/freemedforms-*/scripts/win

launch the win_release freemedforms
as a result you will have the
  - e:/freemedforms-*/packages/win/freemedforms
without the MySQL lib
