DataPack Manager: when checking a datapack, this one is not auto-selected #216

Open datapack manager,
Go anywhere but do not select any datapack on the right side
Now check a datapack -> this one is not selected and the datapack description 
is not sync with the checked datapack

When checking a datapack, this one should be set as the selected current one.
