DataPackManager: when download is corrupted when installing, datapack is concidered as installed ??? #217

Select a buggy datapack (I can provide one)
Check to install
When downloading / unzipping -> if MD5 or size is corrupted -> datapack is not 
installed but in the model the datapack is noticed installed...

--> Check this
