Measurement widgets: add an auto-translation when changing the units #292

The measurement widget is a set of:
- double spinbox for the value
- combo for the unit

When user changes the units, we can automatically update the value (using a 
unit conversion tool). May be we have to add a small toolbutton representing 
the link between the value and the unit. When checked -> convert, when uncheck 
-> do not convert.
