FreeDiams: missing PDF cached files in XML output #314

Regarding FreeDiams 0.8.0:
The XML file returned to the calling EMR does not contain
the paths of printed PDF prescriptions

Note that it does generate the PDFs - it just forgets to put
their paths into the 0.7.2 XML as described under "Prints"
