Preparation: Add snrfalloff deconvstength percentages into the initial star table 3dmod view multiple files 界面窗口可以缩更小
Refine: 使用subprocess.Popen 代替 os.system 界面可以不卡住 添加nohup勾选框: 选择了则可以在后台运行refine，否则，在APP 窗口关闭时使用Popen_instance.kill() 停止进程。 添加continue_from（选择.json文件） ,更改Denoise setting为: noise_level (tuple), noise_star_iter (tuple ), noise_mode (1 or 2) Predict: 添加use deconvolved勾选框 tomogram star file 默认值改为tomograms.star (现在是tomogram.star)
