Create cities menu

Create a Cities menu below the country menu that holds a list of Countries. Clicking on the country will expand a sub menu of the cities for that country. Clicking on a city will use that server.

A/C:

• A city menu exists as per description
• Configuration persists across sessions
• Countries with no cities do not show up in menu
