Add setting to change panel position #54

Hi @halfmexican, thanks for the PR. Going to test things locally and if all looks good will merge into master. I'm finally able to work on this extension again after a bit of a hiatus and the first order of work is to rewrite the preferences logic using Adw.

Once that's done, those changes and yours will get released. I'll ping you if I have any questions once I start testing.

Looks good, only change I'm going to make is to default the position to the right side of the screen to maintain consistency with current behavior.

So glad to hear preferences will be getting some love
