Favorite Country

Ability to be able to click a start next to a country name in the country list that will make it stay at the top of the country list. The starred list of countries at the top of the menu will be sorted alphabetically.

A/C:

• A hollow star is in front of each country name
• Clicking on the star makes it yellow, and the country name will move to top of country list
• The country list is sorted alphabetically
• The list of starred countries is persisted across sessions
