Add a proxy

The usual suspects here are Apache or Nginx but those are some modern alternatives out there:

• envoy: https://www.envoyproxy.io/
• sozu https://github.com/sozu-proxy/sozu
• https://github.com/felipenoris/hyper-reverse-proxy It uses hyper as this server

The idea is to follow the 12 factors here https://12factor.net/processes

I was thinking this is "infrastructure" and should be dependant on certain tools/packages/state-of-the-art. Maybe it is not worth pursuing.
