Export route directly to Garmin #1959

What is the problem this feature will solve?

Today a file is exported and uploaded to Garmin using connect

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Saves the conversion process, available on the ALLTRAILS website

What alternatives have you considered or tried?

Uploaded to Garmin using connect

I'm not deeply familiar with both Garmin connect nor All trails, but from what I see here: https://support.alltrails.com/hc/en-us/articles/15728433929620-How-do-I-send-AllTrails-routes-to-Garmin-Connect- There's a need to include the Garmin credentials and to login to your Garmin account from All trails. This doesn't serve our business model and requires a lot of work. You are welcome to open the same request for Garmin, I'll doubt you'll get any response. We have a public API to support this if needed.

While you are at it, feel free to file a bug that they can't seem to be able to open our default GPX file, which is valid. I opened a ticket and they ignored it, I'm hoping that if more people will report this issue I'll be able to remove all the different export types currently in the site just to facilitate for their poor software.

In addition to what @HarelM has written, it is not clear to me what's the value of going through AllTrails. As far as I understand, once a route is uploaded to AllTrails, the next step would be to copy the routes from AllTrails to Connect, where the existing flow allows the user to open the routed exported from Israel Hiking directly with Connect.

Thanks for the quick reply This is more intended for the common user who doesn't really know the process of downloading the file and loading it using the Garmin app, giving a name, etc. Mishael
