Operator Panel Shows "No Callers" - Issabel 4.0.0.10 #48

We have several queues defined in the system and all working as it supposed to.

The problem is that the Operator Panel Screen shows "No Callers" on the queue buttons.

The upcoming release on issabel-pbx will have partial asterisk16 support.
