Shouldn't be used by anyone anymore, except out of curiosity. It might confuse people.

[x] Remove version Beta 1.
[x] Remove version Beta 2.
[x] On an unknown value in pine-selected-version use the newest version (seems to work that way already).
[x] Hide the version selection, if there's only one version (keep the functionality in there, e.g. for the local development version).
