Add more icons

Additional things that seem to be important enough to have designated icons:

• [x] entrance.mohlenhill (I think they'll be fast travel points)
• [x] entrance.vault
• [x] item.equipment
• [x] material.beagalite (Beagalite sword)
• [x] material.gravelmoss
• [x] material.lunarados
• [x] unique.journal

The types entrance, food, material, mechanical and nest should each have their own default icon, that might automatically get a different color tint for each item (e.g. food.roseberrys in red, food.obergine [sic] in purple).
