Implement react router in a way that:

[x] allows users to copy links to/from any area of the application (not modals)
[ ] works on both relative and absolute URL paths (x.github.io & x.github.io/anything/)
[x] allows the use of back button navgiation
[ ] replaces the accounts configuration modals with new routes
