[800, 200, 200] Design new UX and theme for Spectrum

Fresh, modern, unique designs, including:

• [ ] wireframes of all views (accounts, dapplets, config)
• [ ] (almost) pixel-perfect mockups of approved wireframes
• [ ] 1 round of variations on mockups based on suggested improvements
• [ ] deemed better than: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWbgMoJVIzk
• [ ] integrate icons for networks / tokens

(this issue will accept up to 3 assignees on an ongoing basis until the 800 winner is found, and approved assignees receiving runner up rewards of 200)
