Design and implement an easily re-usable transaction modal type for managing multiple/mass transactions in series, that:

[ ] handles nonce incrementing properly
[ ] deals with and retries failed transactions
[ ] gives the option of temporarily saving the password for password-protected keystores
[ ] works with all keystore types (except cold wallet)
