Keystores->Single Account:

Labels/Associated colors to crytoassets/tokens are grey.

Config->Tokens:

Labels/Associated colors to cryptoassets/tokens are multicolored/modifiable.

I would recommend following Config approach in Keystore area.

The tokens are only shown grey when the balance is 0

If there a balance than 0, the networks/token labels show the correct color. This is intended.
