Create ESPHelperWebConfig #20

Thanks for your good work and this great library. The web page interface is very bad especially when using a smartphone. I just added a better web configuration interface that adjusts itself to the screen size (computer or smartphone). screenshot_20180418-012459

Thanks for the better page! I'm not much of an HTML person so I only ever had the barebones but this is much nicer!
