Design and implement a carousel on the homepage to showcase ads and offers.

Tasks:

Carousel content to be managed manually by the app maker (e.g., delivery fee waiver, offers on first orders).
Implement horizontal scrolling with a delay of 0.5 to 0.75 seconds (variable).
Ensure the carousel moves smoothly and highlights key features and benefits to the customers.
