Code improvements: fixed bugs, better logs and early stopping callback

This code contains:

Retry to connect with IQOption after connection expired, this fix issue #18
Better logs when some connection with IqOption failed, like when put or call failed
Early Stopping in LSTM model, when model is no longer improving your performance the fit is stopped to prevent degradation and unnecessary waiting
Call iq.connect() after IQ_Option("USERNAME", "PASSWORD"), this fix issues #17 and #9
Better readme and setup file with requirements, now to setup is easy like just run pip install -r requirements.txt this fix issue #16
Added .gitignore to ignore trash files like directory pycache
