I'm getting onto this problem.
ParaView deletes and creates in run-time its render manager where sail object 
is included, thus stable sail object shutdown is required,
which is tricky in parallel apps.

I fixed this issue and updated to r190.
Please test this fix with your apps and let me know if it works fine.
