This closes #36

Project structure refactor, mostly was naming and future files inclusion.
Tests and docs will be improved upon this structure.
After this PR, a follow-up issue will be about a wide review on missing changes will be mapped for:
- Code docs completeness
- Math equations completeness
- Test coverage completeness
- Non-coding documentation (README.md) to module level
