Eyes are completely bugged (not black)

I have tried everything: -disabling any other texture pack; -black eye fix; -eye position on skin png is correct;

-disabled every mod except for mandatory ones;

I honestly can't even think of a way to fix this anymore.

That happened to me then I fixed it but i forgot
