Eyelashes don't follow eyelids when blinking #123

Eyelashes are attached to a person's eyelids, they move down when a person blinks. However, with the fresh moves resource pack, if you have eyelashes added to your skin, they don't move down and follow the eyelids when the player blinks, giving it a strange/uncanny look.
