I have 1x1 eyes on my skin and I did as I was supposed to for the type of eyes my skin has by adding the extra bit in the skin texture for the eyelids, I uploaded the skin to minecraft.net and I made sure all the mods I needed were up to date for the game version I am using and I had the issue with big black eyes but I followed the fix for that which fixed that, but my characters eyes are still not blinking. 2024-06-07_21 39 34 2024-06-07_21 39 53

Having a similar issue with 1x2. Skin was modified correctly as far as I can tell, but still no blinking. Would love feedback if I did this wrong. Thanks!

Are you using the Expressive Version or the Eyeless Version? I think maybe you are using a version of the mod that doesnt includes the eyes

When switching to my 2x3 skin it blinks and works properly, but when I use my properly configured 1x2 skin it does not work. I'm fairly certain it may be an issue with eye types that can only blink. image With transparency I can see the eyelids properly positioned but they are behind the eyes and never blink.

@OatmealOnToast I think this is how it is supposed to be. I used a tool and said it was 2x2. Sometimes using a different format is do-able since the rest of the face is the same color.

Here is the updated texture...

Hopefully that works as intended. You can compare the textures to see what was wrong.

@Spac3B3nd3r That does work for 2x2 eyes, but the issue is that 1x2 and 1x1 seem to not work. They aren't supposed to have the functionality of the other eyes variants but they are still supposed to blink.
