• [x] Discuss the relevance of The Identity smart contract can ONLY be owned by a Gnosis Safe as the SDK checks for existing of Gnosis Web3 provider. After discussion: This may not be possible to check 100% in smart contract if the caller is a "safe" (maybe gnosis does not implement erc165).. so if a user uses the smart contract SDK they can bypass the gnosis deploy step
• [x] Discuss, if Gnosis is the way to go or maybe newer concepts like mpc (multi party computing from fireblocks e.g.) or DFNS (a company providing wallets as a service)

The decision, was for the initial version of the identity sub-system:

• Use Gnosis as the "owner" of identity
• Recommend user to have a 3:5 scheme so if they lose 2 wallets they can still access their identity
• Remove all the "identity owners" funcs on the smart contract as it's not needed now with safe
• We understand that the identify is now tied to gnosis safe.. it wont work independently as the safe is the owner
