➕Add Dynamic Copyright Year Functionality to Footer

Hey @Its-Aman-Yadav and @Kalivarapubindusree Here is the feature -

• The current footer of thewebsite does not have a dynamically updating copyright year,
• And some pages are missing the copyright year altogether.

This can lead to outdated information and inconsistencies across the site.

Here's what will I do -

1. Add a script to dynamically update the copyright year in the footer to the current year.
2. Ensure the footer is present and consistent across all HTML pages present in the website.

Please assign me this issue under GSSoC'24
