ADDING CSS AND BOX-SHAODW,HOVER EFFECT,AND BACKGROUND-COLOR ON THEM TO INCREASE UI.

Hello, I've been reviewing website and have ideas to improve the card elements. Enhancements like customized borders, padding adjustments, image effects, interactive elements, and animations could boost engagement and visual appeal. Kindly consider assigning me this task under GSSoc'24. Thank you!
