BUG: improving and fixing chatbot #1405

Is there an existing issue for this?

[X] I have searched the existing issues

What happened?

The chatbot image is not showing up and its not replying accordingly. I am able to work on Botpress and if you could provide me the documents I need for the bot I can rebuild it and integrate it. And please include the gssoc etxd label and hacktoberfest label.
