What's wrong with the existing documentation

For better comprehension of the project by contributors, some changes are required in the README.md file which are

There is a need to include the community site link "https://community-site-theta.vercel.app/".
The project would be better understood with a screenshot of the site page.
The code's package name and commands must be specified for smooth execution, especially for new contributors.
