🐞🐞 BUG: Proper styling of feedback form required and star rating required #616

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

The styling of this form doesn't look proper And the star rating option is not smooth

I am willing to change the option into following example:

@Its-Aman-Yadav ,Kindly assign this issue to me under gssoc'24
