BUG: Login & Register form validation problem and UI changes

What happened?

Although I filled all the fields of the form still not showing to fill this field. Also even when I am filling wrong format of email id, not showing any error both in login as well as signup form.

Also on clicking submit it should redirect to the home page. That thing needs to be added. And I can also make the login UI better.
