Description: With the newly added gems, let players exchange them into custom playerheads for decorating

[ ] Implement a system that exchanges gems into some sort of a token which can be exchanged into a custom player head
[ ] Create a section in the server for such a exchange (somewhere at /spawn)
[ ] Testing and bug fixing
[ ] Release

Added gem trading villagers. They trade custom playerhead for gems.
