Majora's Mask USA freezes #14

Using the new NTR 11.4 launcher then booting the game itself causes a message on the lower screen with red a background with the text "Network blocking bypassed, The system will shutdown, next time use a fair plugin"

This happened once i updated so they must be related

If you have multiple plugins installed for one game you will receive this error
