[BUG] Workshop Output Language option doesn't apply for some reason #484

I changed the option to multiple languages but it still transpiled the rules in English

Unfortunately OSTW does not support other languages besides English. Although it was previously worked on, and some infrastructure exists for it, the feature was never completed. Sorry about that!
