AMD E-350 zacate / Radeon HD 6310 -> Would it be possible to add support for 
those two. I am interested more in overclocking, and there are no tools that 
allows any OC on those two...

You need to mod your BIOS in order to overclock. Even then, the max O/C you get 
will be around to 1.73Ghz, you're not missing much.

My bios is locked, and I don't think there is a way to unlock it. I have 
already tried.
I want to O/C by only about 5 to 10%, both the CPU and GPU. I just need THAT 
LITTLE.

I hope it is possible to add support for e-350 zacate (HM50-BZ) and Radeon HD 
6310 so I can overclock them a slightly bit.

This tool is not going to be able to overclock the Brazos APU. Sorry
