[Feature request] New shaders #20

A wonderful plugin, indeed, after switching from Unity, such a plugin was missing from Godot!

I understand that many shaders are still in development, but just in case, here are some of those that are sorely missing:

Glow (bloom) and motion blur effects are available in the World environment node, but il see what I can do, Lens Flare (Sun rays) shader is in works, and the rest should be pretty easy to make.

Later today or tomorrow, I'll be back home, and I'll be ready to work again on my plugin

Thank you, I will be waiting very much, also for horrors a noise shader is useful (for example, like in Slender)
