I have some questions about this mod. Let's assume I installed this mod and Anti revoke message is enabled and for some reason if I lose root or LSposed then does it still save the deleted messages or are they deleted?

If u lost root access module will stop working

Exactly, module's functions will only work while it's enabled and running
