Camera issues when towing emergency vehicles #1

When attempting to tow an emergency vehicle with the flatbed, driving away causes the camera to focus on the undercarriage of the emergency vehicle being towed, making it impossible to see where you are driving unless your camera is set to first-person view. This doesn't appear to happen with normal vehicles, and the issue is only visible when looking forward, (such as when you are driving normally or rotate the camera in that general direction).

I think it's fixable by disabling the car collision, but that depends on preference whether you want to interact with the vehicle or not
