Missing custom Fonts in new install

Upon trying to do a new install I found that the font used in VSCode was not included.

• [ ] Replace Caskaydia in VScode to Cascadia Code PL font (official).
• [ ] Check if other fonts need to be replaced. (Powershell? Oh-my-posh?)
• [ ] Check if more apps are missconfigurated from missing font.
