The TSO installer could be improved by making it retry failed downloads and perhaps by verifying the cabs integrity against a manifest file I saw a while ago that had all the TSO .cab file hashes. Need to find that and see what we can do.

Default and only TSO installer is now FilePlanetInstaller (since bfc5bac059ca2e041117ecefe5d69a56bc2a626c) which downloads the whole TSO client as a monolith .zip. This issue was relevant when the only installer the launcher had was the largedownloads.ea.com one, which downloaded 1000+ independent cabs, causing multiple problems if you were unlucky.
