Describe the bug
The 3D Remesh hint message which appears when a user first installs the launcher and goes to the Installer page is currently in a fixed position not relative to the Remesh Package tag, which causes it to show incorrectly when the user scrolls down.
Launcher Version
Any version
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Delete FSOLauncher temp folder so that the hints show up again (%appdata%\FreeSO Launcher on Windows)
Run the launcher
Go to the Installer tab
Scroll down and see how the hint's position is incorrect
Expected behavior
The hint should be relative to the Remesh Package tag which is right next to it, just like the "START INSTALLING" hint which is placed correctly.
