Remove TSOVersionPatcher files and references to it in the app source. #45

Now redundant and gives errors on occasion.

Proposed Changes

Removed TSOVersionPatcherF binaries from 'release' folder.
Removed obsolete patch step from \src\library\installers\fileplanet-installer.js
Cleaned up code slightly, renamed step6() to step5().

Additional Info

No longer needed and causes errors for some, may as well get rid.
