Update German translation #17

Self explanatory I think :P

Note: the realms translations don't seem to be used by the app yet

Changed the Realm names to not be gendered, similar to #21

Yup! Realm customization will be added tonight/tomorrow, the values here are just going to be the defaults. What it may result in is instead of explicit names in i18n, it'll be an array of strings.
