changed primos amount in setting, primo amount didn't change when adding commission #42

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to setting
  2. Click on primo
  3. change primo amount to 100
  4. add commission
    1. see primo amount on commision

Expected behavior primo changed in setting to apply when adding a commission
